Saunton Golf Club is home to two of the finest links courses in Devon, the East and the West, both set among the towering dunes of Braunton Burrows with stunning views over the North Devon coast. For 36 holes of links golf, there may be nothing better in the country.
The East Course, crafted by Herbert Fowler, is rated the best in Devon and ranks among the top courses in England. The West Course is hardly a step down, with the same huge dunes, spectacular views and pristine condition. Saunton has hosted many top amateur events, including the 1997 British Boys Championship, won by a young Sergio García.
Saunton is a highlight of our Southwest Premier Links tour, alongside Royal North Devon, Burnham & Berrow, St Enodoc, Trevose and Perranporth.
Courses: 36 holes across two links courses. Address: Saunton, Braunton, Devon EX33 1LG
