Seacroft, in Skegness, is an excellent links course and one of the best on England’s east coast. It isn’t long, but it is tough, with punishing rough, narrow fairways and quick greens, and it is backed up by a stunning clubhouse.
The star hole is the 7th, the hardest on the card: a 403-yard, dogleg-right par 4 with seven bunkers and a hidden, sloping green with out of bounds just behind it.
Seacroft features on our Lincolnshire Golf Tour, which combines top-class links, heathland and parkland golf.
Course: 18-hole links. Address: Drummond Road, Skegness PE25 3AU
