Wallasey Golf Club

Founded in 1891, Wallasey Golf Club is one of England’s most historic and respected links courses. Situated on the Wirral Peninsula overlooking Liverpool Bay, the traditional links layout is renowned for its rolling fairways, natural dunes and fast-running greens, offering a classic test of seaside golf in all conditions.

Steeped in golfing history, Wallasey is famously recognised as the birthplace of the Stableford scoring system, created by club member Dr Frank Stableford in 1931. Combining championship-quality links golf with a rich heritage and welcoming atmosphere, Wallasey Golf Club continues to provide an outstanding experience for members, visitors and golfers from around the world.
